We Care for You Charity was registered as a non-profit organization on April 21st, 2017, under the Canada Not-for-Profit Act.
We started our charity programs a few years before 2017. We received Charity registration on February 22, 2023.

Since the Enlightened Buddha saved many lives from pain and misery, we are inspired by the limitless loving kindness of the Buddha. With the blessings and guidance of our advisory, Most Venerable Kiribathgoda Gnanananda Thera, We Care For You Charity invites everybody to save others' precious smile by extending compassion with the quality of giving and sharing.

In the past days, torrential rains and floods triggered by Cyclone Ditwah have affected many people across Sri Lanka. 

We Care For You Charity was established under the guidance of Most Venerable Kiribathgoda Gnanananda Thera with the intention of helping people with compassion without any barriers.

​We Care For You Charity requests your kind help with donations to provide families with essential supplies, food and relief support.

Whether it be a human or an animal, living life while enduring tragedy and sorrow is always a great challenge. In order to help individuals overcome difficult times and situations, we ask you to tap into your compassion and inner humanity.

While we reflect on the  teachings of the Enlightened One, who was born into this world to spread words of wisdom and boundless love to all beings on earth, we too shall take up the task of helping others in honor of the Enlightened One's message.

Our ​Mission

  • To relieve poverty in the Greater Toronto Area and in Sri Lanka, particularly targeting underprivileged groups of low socioeconomic status through financial and material support.
  • To aid the local community (Greater Toronto Area) by providing opportunities to support physical health, improve mental health, and protect the environment.
  • All of our projects aim to serve all people regardless of their background, faith, race, religion, gender or political views.

Loving Kindness is extended to aid for: 

Pure Water Project

This is our main project as many innocent people are susceptible to fatal kidney disease. This is an effort to provide those people with clean drinking water. Our goal is to clean and clear water of heavy metal contaminants, and to provide water to areas that have no direct water access.  Shraddha Charity Organization (SCO) helps us as the intermediary to install Water Purification Plants in Sri Lanka so that many can drink pure water and smile!
