We Care For You

All living beings experience times of hardship. No one can predict the time, place, or duration of unfortunate events. Whether it be a human or an animal, living life while enduring tragedy and sorrow is always a great challenge. In order to help individuals overcome difficult times and situations, we ask you to tap into your compassion and inner humanity.

While we reflect on the  teachings of the Enlightened One, who was born into this world to spread words of wisdom and boundless love to all beings on earth, we too shall take up the task of helping others in honor of the Enlightened One's message.

Our ​Mission

​
  • To relieve poverty in the Greater Toronto Area and in Sri Lanka, particularly targeting underprivileged groups of low socioeconomic status through financial and material support.
  • To aid the local community (Greater Toronto Area) by providing opportunities to support physical health, improve mental health, and protect the environment.
  • All of our projects aim to serve all people regardless of their background, faith, race, religion, gender or political views.

Warm Clothing Drive 2024
As winter’s chill settles in, let’s come together to create warmth and comfort for those in need. We’re excited to launch this year’s Warm Clothing Drive, and we need your support!

How You Can Help:
Donate NEW winter clothes such as hats, mittens, pants, boots, scarves, socks, undergarments, hoodies, jackets, and sweaters, as well as toiletries like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and deodorant.

Volunteer Opportunity:
We also invite you to help us wrap the donations and deliver them to local shelters. This will be a wonderful opportunity to spread the holiday spirit directly to those in need!
Dates for this event will be announced soon, with activities expected to take place in mid-December.
Every contribution, big or small, can bring comfort and safety to someone facing the harsh elements. Join us in this noble cause, and let the spirit of compassion shine brightly in our community.

Loving Kindness is extended to aid for: 

Pure Water Project

This is our main project as many innocent people are susceptible to fatal kidney disease. This is an effort to provide those people with clean drinking water. Our goal is to clean and clear water of heavy metal contaminants, and to provide water to areas that have no direct water access.  Shraddha Charity Organization (SCO) helps us as the intermediary to install Water Purification Plants in Sri Lanka so that many can drink pure water and smile!
